A Mid-Continent Conference (Mid-Con) occurs as college athletic conference which operates primarily in the midwestern United States, with outlying teams within Louisiana and Utah. It participates in the NCAA's Division I; the conference doesn't sponsor football, although three members (Southern Utah, Valparaiso, and Western Illinois) have Section We-AA football computer software.
